Instead of going on and on about how wonderful these shoes are (I have 3 pairs) I will concentrate my remarks on their Customer Service. Unlike the large majority of internet merchants that are almost impossible to deal with, Cosy Island was amazingly "human" and 100% there for me. My issue was resolved painlessly, efficiently and immediately...10 STARS!!

The shoe is quite comfortable. I ordered the tan and it blends quite nicely with my skin. I am black. It has a nice nude color to it. I would recommend it and i would get others. I am considering the navy blue
The “SoftBounce” truly lives up to its name — the cushioning is incredibly soft and comfortable. Even though it has an 8cm heel, it actually feels more comfortable than many flat shoes or kitten heels, which really surprised me.
If this product were available with a slightly lower heel, around 6.5cm, I would honestly buy it in multiple colors and wear them every day — I’d even consider owning seven pairs!
Would it be possible to release a 6.5cm version of the SoftBounce?

The description given is 100% accurate. Beautifully designed and very comfortable. I love the breathable material which kept my feet from getting sweaty and also made them very flexible.
The size chart recommendation for different types of feet was spot on, I am usually a size US9 but it was recommended that I go up for having wider feet and the US9.5 fit perfectly.
The customer support team went above and beyond assisting me when I asked for a change of mind shoe exchange. The new shoes arrived quickly for an international order, which I was very impressed with!. I won't hesitate to purchase another pair.
I expected a wider fit, but I am in between sizes and was unsure. I have worn alot (10-12hours a day) before writting review: they are definitely more comfortable than other heals, and feel very sturdy. I may need the next size/half size up next time. They had a rough seem on one side (where elastic is stitched) but again this could be me...the other foot though is fine. looking for my next pair already
I love heels but haven’t been able to wear them much lately because they are just too uncomfortable. I came across Cosy Island on my social feeds but it took me awhile to make the purchase as I was skeptical. When I saw the Soft Bounce I took the plunge. They truly are every bit as comfortable as they advertise. Great looking shoe too! Classic yet modern styling!!! Love, love, love!!! Well-made too!
