Return & Refund Policy

At Cosy Island, we want you to love your experience from the very first step. If your product does not meet your expectations, our process is designed to be efficient, professional, and fair.

1. The 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible:

The product must be in original condition—clean, unused, and with the soles free of any signs of wear.

Footwear must be returned as a complete pair in the original packaging.

Final Sale: Monogrammed or personalized products, Gift Cards, and items marked with a "Sale" tag or on our Deals page are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Damaged or Defective Products (DOA)

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Notification: Contact us via Live Chat or email at support@cosyisland.com within 7 days of delivery.

Evidence: Provide photos or videos showing the condition of the product.

Resolution: We will offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund (if the defect is confirmed) at no charge.

Note: Please retain all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

3. Quality Guarantee (180 Days)

We stand behind our ergonomic and orthopedic standards. If you encounter a manufacturing defect or quality issue within 180 days of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize a replacement or refund to ensure your satisfaction.

4. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a standard return:

The product must be in original condition—clean, unused, and with the soles free of any signs of wear.

Footwear must be returned as a complete pair in the original packaging, including all additional components and parts.

Returns showing signs of misuse, modification, or physical damage may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee.

5. How to Initiate a Return

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat or at support@cosyisland.com with your name, order number, and photos of the soles and box labels.

6. Shipping & Instructions

Authorized Labels: At our discretion, a prepaid shipping label may be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Independent Shipping: You must obtain written authorization before using your own courier. Cosy Island is not responsible for packages lost in transit without valid tracking.

Orders Outside of the United States: For orders outside of the United States, please note that original customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.

Large Orders: For high-volume or large-quantity orders, we reserve the right to request a physical return of the goods before processing a refund.

7. Exchanges & Cancellations

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before shipment for a full refund. Orders cancelled after dispatch must follow the standard return process.

Exchanges: We allow for direct exchanges. To receive a different product or color, please contact us via Live Chat or email to request an exchange.

8. Refund Processing

Exclusions: Refunds include the product price but exclude standard, express, or premium delivery options, as well as applicable import taxes.

Reductions: We may reduce your refund if items are returned missing components or show damage beyond reasonable handling.

9. Fair Use & Updates

To protect against misuse, Cosy Island reserves the right to decline returns if we detect a pattern of excessive or abusive return activity. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time; the latest version will take effect on the date posted above.
