I absolutely love the style and everything about these boots. I just received them today, but unfortunately I need to exchange them because they are not true to size. I am a regular (not wide) US size 10, and the toe area is much too tight—it's definitely difficult to walk in them.
I’ve requested an exchange for a US size 11, as I believe that will be a better fit. I would recommend sizing up from your regular size.
Just got the belle voyage boots for my daughter in size 12. I'm heartbroken because they don't fit. She usually wears size 11 or 12 in boots and these don't even go on. I'm a size 10 and I could wear these so they definitely run small. Wondering if I can special order a size 13 for her. These 12s are more like a small 11.
