Slightly wet the upper surface, and gently brush it with a soft bristled brush or toothbrush.
Be sure to brush lightly or you may damage the shoes’ surface.
Do not soak your shoes in water – it will damage your insole boards beyond repair.
Drain on paper or towel and let them dry naturally, do not place in the shade.

This is the first time I have ordered from Cozy Island. The fit was perfect. The shoe is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I could wear it all day without any pain. I am 67 years old and love to wear high heels. As anyone my age knows, as you get older you tend to wear lower heels because of foot pain. Now you don't have to trade style for comfort!
Very comfortable but sizes are a little bit too small
I’ve been a fan of your shoes for a while now, so I was pretty excited about trying the SoftBounce. Upon trying on the first shoe, it felt like I’d stepped into a sneaker! Put the other one on and could not believe the experience. Cushion is soothing and comfortable. The bounce on the sole is both stabilizing and mad comfortable. I’m on my feet a lot, petite and prefer enjoying the height of pretty stiletto. The pointed toe is also comfortable-don’t feel the sides. This very pretty shoe fits the bill. I will be buying more colors.
I received this today and wore it for a few hours. I haven’t been able to comfortably wear stilettos for many years. I thought I’d give these a try — hoping that I could at least wear them to dinner or a show. I think I can wear them all day.
They are beautiful. The balance and traction make it a very steady shoe to wear. I have confidence walking distances with them. They are heels and my feet are unaccustomed to the angle, but even so, I felt comfortable for a long time.
I sized up a half size like I often do for heels, but the shoes felt like they fit perfectly. So, to me, that means they run a little small. I often feel like shoes are very loose for me. So, you might consider sizing up.

I wore heels for work for many years and now I have bunions! I have not been able to find a pair of high heels that were comfortable enough to wear for very long. I have had these Cosy Shoes for I guess a month now and everytime I wear them they are so comfortable and they don't bother my bunions. I usually wear a size 9 but I went up to a size 10 like the website suggested and they fit great after I put the soft pad in the toe box of the shoe. I absolutely love them! I am going to be ordering more pairs in different colors and styles. Thank you Cosy Island for making such a great shoe for me to wear!
Love these! Little bit of slip in back back but not an issue. Perfect size using the size guide.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in the same size and it turned out that they all fit differently. However, even though I love the look of them, it will difficult to order going forward if I'll need a different size depending on the style.
Only one of the 3 pairs fit perfectly - the other too were a little small or way too small to get my foot into. All 3 styles were closed toe.
