These pumps are gorgeous and comfortable, but please size up because they run about a whole size smaller. I wear a US6 and after reading reviews I decided to order a US6.5, but I really needed to order a 7 for these shoes to feel comfortable.

I got the chocolate and they’re STUNNING. I am a true size 7.5 and I always fit into a 7.5 but these shoes run a WHOLE SIZE too small so save yourself the hassle and get one full size bigger. The 8.5 fits me perfectly. They’re beautiful and comfortable!!! Highly recommend!

I know. have two colors - Brown and Burgundy - and I may eventually end up getting more. Love this ingenious design - love the heels, the profile, everything about this sharp design. I'm wearing them often.

Easy, convenient and good quality

SerpentChic Pointed Toe Heel Pump is a classic with a twist of flair.
It does run small. I gifted them to a friend and she is over the moon happy with them. I reordered one size bigger and they fit perfecto. Was surprised as many people complement me on the exotic added to the shoe for a dramatic look. Will order in another color they are so COOL.

I love this style! one of my all time Cosy favorites. I purchased brown and it is ideal with a number of my outfits. Now I'm wishing I had the burgundy/cream/black colors too. Maybe over time...

This shoe is very comfortable, very elegant, and classy. I love the details on the heels. Because of the cushion, I had to order a half size larger. Yes, there is cushion for your toes. I just love the look of this shoe, so I ordered two...one in the classy black and one in the burgundy. They can be an excellent shoe to wear with the most elegant formal dress or with western jeans, and anything in between. I highly recommend this shoe. You can not go wrong with this purchase.

The design and materials are absolutely gorgeous; it looks elegant and feminine. The order process was smooth. Unfortunately, the shoes themselves are a good size too small for me so I'll be sending them back and getting a larger size. The other reviews say Cosy Island shoes are sized large, but it's the opposite case for me, at least with this particular design.

This is a classy, beautiful shoe. They were absolutely as described. They run a little small so I had to size up but keeping that in mind, this is a great addition to your shoe collection.
