These heels are the most comfortable and look very classy. They fit true to size and have comfortable pillow cushion. I chose low heeled option, but the way they designed, the heel doesn't look too small. The heel is just below 3 inches which provide enough elevation without compromising the comfort. I am planning to order more shoes from Cozy Island in different colours and styles.

My mom has had foot several foot surgeries and also has cancer, so her bones hurt a lot. She loved high heels, and hasn’t been able to wear them for years. After getting my first pair from cosyisland, I thought they might work for her. I tried to surprise her for my nephews graduation with the shoes, but we couldn’t get them here in time. Not for lack of trying on the part of the cosyisland support team. They tried everything to try and get them here, but they just weren’t in stock in her size. She got them this past weekend, and with the extra padding under the ball of her foot, she was able to comfortably wear heels, even with her arthritic feet, and a toe with permanent pins in it.
