Joining Islander Rewards is completely free. Create an account or sign in to your existing Cosy Island account to start earning points on eligible purchases and reward activities.
Yes. Points remain valid for 12 months with account activity. If there is no qualifying activity within that period, unused points may expire. Rewards redeemed with points are valid for 6 months.
Points are usually added once the eligible activity is completed. Points earned from purchases may appear after your order has been confirmed and processed.
