At Cosy Island, we want you to feel confident with every step. If your order does not meet expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be clear, fair, and efficient.

1. The 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, the product must be:

The product must be in original condition—clean, unused, and with the soles free of any signs of wear.

Returned as a complete pair.

Returned with all original packaging, accessories, components, and box labels.

Approved by our Customer Support Team before being sent back.

Final Sale: Monogrammed or personalized products, Gift Cards, and items marked with a "Sale" tag or on our Deals page are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns showing signs of wear, use, modification, damage, or missing components may be refused or subject to deductions.

2. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice any of the following:

Damaged packaging or deformed product.

Defective product.

Incorrect item or package.

Missing item(s).

Product or package significantly different from the website images.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue, including the product, soles, packaging, and box label where applicable.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate resolution. For confirmed cases caused by Cosy Island, we will cover the approved return or replacement shipping cost.

Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

3. 180-Day Manufacturing Defect Review

We stand behind the quality of our footwear. If you experience a suspected manufacturing defect or quality issue within 180 days of delivery, please contact us for review.

This review does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, fit preference, or cosmetic changes caused by regular use.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair solution, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case.

4. Returns for Personal Reasons

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery for personal reasons, including:

Wrong size ordered.

Wrong color or style selected.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless defective or required by applicable law:

Clearance items.

Gift cards.

Personalized or customized products.

Items marked as “Sale” on our website.

Items listed on the Sale / Deals page.

Products showing signs of wear, use, modification, damage, or missing components.

6. How to Start a Return or Exchange

All returns require approval before being sent back.

To start a return or exchange, contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat, your Cosy Island account or at support@cosyisland.co.

Please include:

Your order number

Reason for return or exchange.

Photos or videos of the product, soles, packaging, and box label where applicable.

Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.

7. Exchanges, Cancellations & Refunds

For approved returns related to confirmed damage, defect, incorrect item, or missing item caused by Cosy Island, we will cover the approved return or replacement shipping cost.

For personal-reason returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cosy Island is not responsible for return packages lost in transit without valid tracking.

For orders outside the United States, customers are responsible for any return duties, taxes, or brokerage fees unless the issue was caused by Cosy Island or otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Refund Processing

Exchanges: Approved exchanges are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Replacement items are usually shipped within 7–14 business days, depending on stock availability.

Order Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order before it has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after your refund request has been reviewed and approved. Where a return is required, the returned item must be received and inspected before the refund is approved.

Once approved, we will process your refund within 1–3 business days. Please allow an additional 9–12 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or original payment account, as timing may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and shipping protection fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Cosy Island or a refund is required by applicable law.

Deductions may apply where applicable, including if a returned item is missing components, damaged beyond reasonable handling, or returned in unsuitable condition.

9. Fair Use & Updates

To protect against misuse, Cosy Island reserves the right to decline returns if we detect a pattern of excessive or abusive return activity. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time; the latest version will take effect on the date posted above.
