My first order was a wrong size. I sent an email. They responded immidiately every time and the girls sent me my exact size and it arrived within a week. Pros: comfy with cushioning a plus and look great for work. Gorgeous actually. Sprayed with waterproofing to ensure material stays safe.

Cons: I’m a size 38 normally and very, very glad I sized up to 39 for first purchase as I would say these run small. This was refined edge and buckle style square toe pumps in black. Shoes are very narrow width and toe very pointy (not what I call square shape). Box is not hardy or generously spaced so tight, Tetris storage and also 2 pairs arrived with squashed packaging. Would prefer more care in presentation as I keep my shoes boxed.

Nonetheless, good buy for good-looking work style shoe.

Ps - some 39 size brands are swimming on me. These are snug 38 in comparison to 39 in this brand.

It’s very difficult to get the correct size but once you do, amazing. Very comfortable for all day to night wear.

Love, love , love these shoes !👠. As someone who used to be an avid heel wearer….4 inches or more, I am so grateful for a shorter heel that is still stylish. These shoes are the perfect height. They are high enough to look cute, but comfortable enough to walk in. They do run a tad bit small. I normally run between a 7-7.5. I am glad I decided to go with the 7.5.

The best shoes ever - if you can be this comfortable and look this good why wear anything else …?

These are great shoes just make sure you get the right size. I didn't and had to return them. The customer support is great they processed my return and shipped the new pair. Im hoping they arrive very soon.

I love this shoe. It is well made, comfortable and beautiful. I usually wear US size 9 or 9.5. This 9 is too large.

These are amazingly comfortable. I was very happy with the foot pads they sent with the shoe it made it even fit that much better. I wore these to a tradeshow and literally had them on for 10 hours and I would’ve never of known amazing. This is like my fourth pair and I will be ordering many more.

These heels ran very large. I’ve ordered from Cosy Island in the past and ordered the same size. These, however, ran a full size larger. I worked with customer service and ordered a 0.5 size smaller, but those, too, were too large. Customer service was phenomenal, working with me through all of these changes. They ultimately told me to donate the 2 pair they sent and fully refunded the cost of the shoes. As such, my 5 stars is largely due to the customer service experience I had, but the shoes were GREAT looking. I wish they’d worked for me!

Very comfortable shoes with heels.

I have bunions on both feet, therefore, buying pumps is difficult. These shoes are “giving,” meaning the footbed allows for the shoe to increase allowing for a more comfortable shoe. I love them!

love the shoe; ordered another pair in a larger size. haven't received it yet. when i see which pair is more comfortable, I will return one pair.

I am very very happy. The shoes I ordered were very big. I wanted to return them but the customer service employee said to keep them, donate or give them away. She said pick any pair I wanted and there would be no charge. I received them very quick, they fit, comfortable and I am happy. I will definitely order again. The courtesy and understanding was fantastic. Thank you so much for all your help.
