I ordered the boots and inadvertently left two of the same size and color in my cart. The order took a little longer than I thought , but arrived in a beautiful red box.
My complaint is I am trying to get in contact with customer service to return one of the 2 pairs that I ordered and not getting a response as to how to start the refund /return process
These are the first durable boots that are classy and yet so comfortable they do not constrict on my calf muscles nor right down. They are perfect for every day where and I love wearing boots and I will definitely be purchasing another pair.
