So I originally purchased the EverLush Bowknot Pointed Toe Heeled Slingback and a 9.5 and they felt tight and uncomfortable. I am extremely impressed of the customer service. They saw my review reached out and made sure I got the right size and correct it immediately. If every company had customer service like this I believe consumers would be very happy all the time.
