How do digital gift cards work?
After purchasing, you’ll receive a digital gift card with a unique code to be entered at Checkout to pay for all or part of an order. You can choose to send the gift card directly to someone’s email or keep it for yourself and share the code whenever you like.
How will I receive my gift card?
Gift cards are delivered by email immediately after purchase. You can choose to send it directly to your friends/family or to yourself, and share it anytime later.
Do gift cards expire?
No! COSY ISLAND gift cards never expire, so you and your recipient can use them whenever they're ready to shop.
Can I use multiple gift cards on one order?
Yes! You can apply multiple gift card codes to a single order. If your order total exceeds the gift card value, you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method.
What if I need to return an item purchased with a gift card?
Refunds for items purchased with gift cards will be credited back to your original gift card. If the gift card was partially used, the refund will restore the gift card balance.
Can I check my gift card balance?
Yes! You can check the balance on the gift card page by opening the link in the gift card email they received. Or just simply enter the code at checkout to see what's left!
Can gift cards be used with other promotions or discount?
Yes. Gift cards can be used together with other discount and promotions. You can apply both gift cards and discount codes to the same order at checkout. Additionally, gift cards can be used on any items in our store, including sale and discounted products.
Can I use any promotions or discounts when purchasing gift cards?
No, discounts and promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards. However, we will have limited-time gift card promotions — stay tuned!
