I received my Cosy Island pumps today, and I’m very pleased! They’re stylish, comfortable, and honestly may be about as close to “cozy” as a pair of pumps can get.

A note on sizing: if you normally wear a half size, I’d recommend considering the next full size up. I actually tried both sizes and could wear either, but the larger size was definitely more comfortable for me.

I also want to give a shout-out to Cosy Island’s customer service team. They were responsive, helpful, and very accommodating throughout the process.

I absolutely love these shoes. I bought two pair pairs and this style was my absolute favorite. They actually are incredibly comfortable. Fit like a dream and they look really stylish. The other style I bought had a bit too much of a pointy toe from my personal preference, but I am going to exchange those for this type of shoe in a different color. I work in an office and have been looking for comfortable shoes that are still high heels. After seeing several Instagram ads, I finally caved and decided to try them. They are definitely my new favourite shoes!!!!

The quality and craftsmanship of these shoes are outstanding!! They are wonderfully made, yet they are very tight in the toe, and maybe it'll take some time to break these in, but I bought them because I thought they were more flexible around the width of my foot. I ordered a size 7 wide, and they are very tight, and my toes are scrunched.

Very comfortable, I am wearing high heels again :)

FINALLY!!! After literally years of trying to find a beautiful, comfortable pump - my search is over. I have a bunion on my right foot that is always a concern for pain. I have compromised style for manageable pain when it came to pumps - but from the first time I slipped these pumps on I could tell THIS is going to work. I wear a 7.5 to 8 and went with the 8. The fit was almost perfect - a little loose in the back - but when I put the little insert they included - it was perfect! I have ordered 2 more pairs and I know I will get more.

I hope they will offer loafers and other styles soon. Of course every fit is different for people, but for me, these shoes are a God send. The quality is very good and I feel very stable on the heels with the tapered style. Buy these with confidence.

And then I found Cosy Island! After having a bad back and three kids I truly gave up on heels. I decided to try Cosy Island heels after seeing an ad saying you can run in them! Although I’m not running in them, I can wear them all day and no back pain … and they are super sexy! I now have about 8 pair and growing. Thank you for creating classy, comfortable shoes that allows this middle aged Mom to wear heels again!

I ordered black and sized up from 7.5 to 8 and I’m finding my heel slips out. I will fix it with some padding but wanted to give my experience to help others with sizing. Very pretty and comfortable.

Most comfortable shoes I’ve ever bought. They are definitely worth the price. I work 10 hour days and when I slip into these shoes they feel like a pillow. They are so stylish and yet you are not giving up comfort. I will be ordering more.

Love these shoes so much they are so comfy. I had ordered a size up based on the reviews, but it was not necessary as they were true to size. Customer service was amazing. They exchanged my shoes within a few days. I cannot recommend this company or shoes enough.

I have to admit to having been highly sceptical about buying a product from overseas and to the actual quality / fit if it arrived. As my 'fears' were totally unfounded, I've chosen to leave specific feedback in recognition that the shoes are great! Look very classy on, flattering style, comfortable to wear. Last night, wore them for the first time. I walked to the train station from home and then to the restaurant in these shoes. At last, a pair of shoes which look smart and I can walk in - have been fed up having to carry shoes to change into outside a venue after travelling on public transport. Really excellent all round and looking forward to wearing the second pair (slingback) I also bought.

I immediately fell in love with these shoes, they look great and feel very comfortable. The packaging was lovely, and I was pleasantly surprised that they were delivered on a Sunday… excellent service!
The only small issue is the sizing, which runs quite small. I will need to exchange them for a bigger size. Apart from that, I absolutely love them and would definitely recommend.
