CARE GUIDE
How to clean and care for your shoes.
Find the material listed on your product page or shoebox, then follow the matching section. When unsure, choose the gentler option.

CARE BASICS (ALL MATERICALS)
1. Treat stains as soon as you can—dried dirt is harder to remove and more likely to damage the upper.
2. Start dry (brush or wipe). Only add moisture if needed. Spot-clean instead of soaking the whole shoe.
3. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, use harsh solvents, scrub with a hard brush, or dry in direct sun or near a heater.
4. After cleaning, air-dry in a cool, ventilated place. Stuff with plain white paper to help keep the shape. Do not use a hair dryer up close.
5. Knock mud off the outsole before cleaning the upper so grit does not scratch the surface.

FLYWOVEN / WOVEN UPPERS
EVERY DAY CARE
• Dry-brush with a soft brush or clean soft toothbrush, following the knit direction.
• Store in a breathable dust bag or the original box. Avoid crushing the upper for long periods.
HOW TO CLEAN
1. Remove the insole if it is removable and clean it separately.
2. Dry-brush away dust and outsole dirt.
3. Spot-clean with a lightly damp soft cloth and a small amount of mild soap or sneaker cleaner. For stubborn spots, dab with a soft brush—do not scrub hard back and forth.
4. Wipe away soap residue with a clean, lightly damp cloth.
5. Blot with a dry towel, stuff with paper, and air-dry in the shade (often 12–24 hours, depending on humidity).

MICROFIVER / MICROFIBER SUEDE
EVERY DAY CARE
• Smooth microfiber: wipe dust with a dry soft cloth.
• Microfiber suede / nubuck-like finish: brush lightly with a suede brush or soft brush in one direction. After rain, dry first, then brush to restore the nap.
SMOOTH MICROFIBER - CLEAN
1. Wipe away dust with a dry cloth.
2. Spot-clean with a lightly damp cloth and mild cleaner, wiping in one direction.
3. Remove residue with a second clean, lightly damp cloth.
4. Blot dry and air-dry. Optional (smooth microfiber only): once fully dry, apply a thin layer of colorless conditioner on a small test area first.
MICROFIBER SUEDE - CLEAN
1. Dry-brush loose dirt. For light marks, use a suede eraser with light pressure—do not grind sideways.
2. If needed, put a tiny amount of mild soap on a soft cloth and dab the spot with minimal water. Avoid soaking, which causes rings.
3. When fully dry, brush the nap in one direction to even out the texture and tone.

FULL RHINESTONE / SPARKLE UPPERS
EVERY DAY CARE ( MOST IMPORTANT)
• After wear, dust the crystal surface with a clean soft makeup brush or ultra-soft brush, sweeping from top to bottom.
• Store separately in a box or dust bag—do not stack against hard heels or hardware that can scratch stones or loosen settings.
• Avoid mud, grass, and rain when possible; moisture and grit settle in the crystal gaps and stress the adhesive.
HOW TO CLEAN (DRY + SPOT ONLY)
1. Soft-brush the full crystal surface and seams.
2. For a spot: lightly dampen a cotton swab or microfiber cloth (almost dry), dab only the dirty area. Do not rub hard or rinse the shoe.
3. For oily marks: dab with a swab and a tiny amount of mild soap → wipe with a clean barely damp swab → blot dry.
4. Air-dry in the shade. No heat guns, hair dryers, or direct sun (heat can weaken adhesive).
