I have a wide feet, can I wear these sandals?
Definitely, we made to fit all! We adopt stretchy and elastic knit materials fit different widths of feet. Contact COSY ISLAND customer support for more assistance on choosing your right size!
My regular size is 6.5, what size should I buy for the sandals?
We recommend you to choose your regular size. If you have a wide feet, you could choose a half size up. Feel free to contact Cosy Island customer support for more detailed assistance.
I'm a size 12. Will you offer bigger sizes in the future?
We currently only offer up to size 10. If you require larger sizes, we will consider developing them in the future. Please stay tuned!
Do you offer shoes for narrow feet?
I'm sorry, we do not offer shoes for narrow feet at the moment. You could contact our customer service and they will provide you with more guidance on selecting the right size for you.
I have flat feet, do these shoes provide sufficient support?
Absolutely! We incorporate a cushioned insole for arch support. We have great amount of customers with flat feet and plantar fasciitis that have tried GraceLithe, and they had positive feedback afterwards!
