Shipping Information
1. Shipping Methods & Destinations
We offer Standard, Expedited, and International delivery services.
Destinations: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Coverage: Available countries are subject to change; please refer to the checkout page for the final list of supported regions.
2. Processing & Dispatch
Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed within the next 2 business days.
Expedited Orders: Orders placed before 12 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM ET ship the next business day.
Dispatch Note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
Pre-orders: These orders do not follow standard procedures and seperate processing and dispatch rules will apply. These will be promptly displayed on the product order page.
3. Shipping Costs & Estimates
Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over US$89 for most countries (threshold is US$150 for select regions including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and UAE).

4. Order Status Updates
1. Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase.
2. Shipping Confirmation
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier info will be sent upon dispatch.
3. Tracking Your Delivery
You can track your shipment in two ways:
Via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or
You may also track your delivery by logging into the Shopify Shop App using your checkout email address.
5. Duties and Taxes & Customs
Domestic (U.S.): Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
International: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused due to import fees, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges.
6. Risk, Loss & Liability
Liability: Cosy Island is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, customs, or carrier delays. Once the parcel leaves our fulfillment center, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.
Risk and Title: All purchases are made under a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Title for items transfers to the customer once Cosy Island receives full payment for the goods.
Claims: Reports of lost, missing, or damaged items must be made within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Please include photos for incorrect or damaged items.
Non-Deliverable Shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal by the recipient, the original shipping fees (if any) will not be refunded. Re-shipment of the order will incur an additional delivery fee based on current rates.
